In this free PMP Mindset Game demo, you manage a software project through two missions. Walk around the office, talk to the people involved, and check the project information before you decide.

Your choices affect what happens next. When you finish, review your decisions and the feedback from the game.

Equipment will arrive later than planned. Find out how the delay affects installation and release testing. Talk to procurement and compare your options before you commit.

Mission 2: A new customer request

The customer wants an executive dashboard. Find out why it is needed, check the impact on the team, and work with the right people to decide what happens next.

Practice the thinking behind a project decision

Gather facts, compare options, and consider the people affected by your choices. The game gives you feedback when you make a decision, including when you act too soon.

You can return to your Notebook to check what you have learned and review the actions you have taken.

Is the demo free?

Yes. Create a free PMMark account and join the demo course. No payment or credit card is required. If you already have an account, sign in with it.

Is this a PMP practice exam or a full preparation course?

No. This is a game with two project scenarios and feedback on your decisions. It is not a mock exam or the full PMP preparation program. For timed question practice, try our free PMP practice exam: 25 questions in 30 minutes.

Can I play on my phone?

The game includes touch controls. Use the on-screen arrows and Talk / use button, or tap where you want to walk. A larger screen may make the project information easier to read. Full screen is available when your browser supports it.

Will my game progress be saved?

The game saves progress in your browser when storage is available. Use Continue saved adventure when it appears, in the same browser on the same device. Progress does not sync between devices. Clearing browser data can remove your saved game.

Does this demo provide a certificate, training hours, or PDUs?

No. This demo is a practice activity. It does not award a certificate, training hours, or PDUs.

Does my game result count as an exam score?

No. The game indicators and final review help you reflect on your choices. They are not a PMP exam score and are separate from your course progress.
